Anne Bergeron & Co. works in partnership with clients to institute or refine a full
menu of fundraising practices that raise operating, program and project funds. For
example, we teach clients how to organize and execute annual fund or membership
campaigns utilizing direct mail and e-mail techniques; or cultivation events to
engage constituents in social settings; or major giving initiatives utilizing prospect
research tools and a strategic approach to cultivation; or corporate, foundation
and government grantsmanship that rely on well-crafted proposals and budgets; or
corporate sponsorship programs that provide attractive marketing benefits and exposure
opportunities to targeted companies.
Capital & Endowment Campaigns
Anne Bergeron & Co. has the expertise to guide clients through all stages of a capital or endowment campaign, from planning – including feasibility studies, capital campaign plans, case statements, and prospect identification and research – to implementation, donor cultivation, stewardship and successful completion. We also counsel organizations in raising capital funds while not in campaign mode.

Anne Bergeron & Co. assists organizations in defining strategic objectives that fulfill their missions and realize their visions for the future. We conduct organizational assessments that analyze all aspects of a client’s operations. From there, we make recommendations for enhancements to create opportunities for programmatic growth and sustainable revenue streams. We also coordinate and lead workshops to help our clients articulate collective goals and appropriate action steps for achieving those goals. And we develop multi-year plans designed to address their aspirations for development or expansion of programs, operations, facilities and board leadership.
Training & Coaching
Anne Bergeron & Co. leads fundraising workshops on topics of interest to our clients,
including Creating a Leadership Committee, Implementing a Major Gifts Program, and
Preparing for a Capital Campaign. We also provide solicitor training for volunteers,
plus one-on-one and team coaching to organizational leaders and development staff
to help them become more effective fundraisers.
Interim Staffing
When unexpected vacancies occur or during active searches, Anne Bergeron & Co. provides
temporary staffing for critical senior positions, such as executive director, vice
president of advancement or director of development. We also provide development
counsel to organizations during transitions and assist their searches for senior
fundraising staff.
